Seattle’s Central District has experienced a surge in new developments. Lake Union Partner’s third project on E. Union, located at the main intersection of the Union Core, 2220 E. Union is a six-story mixed-used residential development containing both apartments and street-level townhomes. The project was rezoned up to 65ft tall, marking a transitional period in current downtown Seattle zoning regulations. @weinstein_au #LakeUnionPartners #ExxelPacific

A central courtyard encased by three stories of panoramic glass provides natural light, expansive sightlines and flexible shared space that puts learning on display. @nacarchitecture #speewestconstruction
